Please find detailed below a summary of how we will be carrying out any work on your caravan or motorhome and what we would ask from you, our customer.
Before the Service:
Please advise us in good time of any problems you are having with your caravan or motorhome this will enable us to ensure we have parts available if required.
You will receive a pre-visit email, Text message or phone call to arrange where key will be left three or four days before the visit.
Even though covid restrictions are being eased If any member of your home group / family is suffering with Covid19 or has symptoms please inform us. We will also carry-on wearing face masks and observing social distancing for the time being. We also request that the vehicle is not entered for 3 days before our visit.
During the Service:
Whatever the location the caravan or motorhome It needs to be accessible all the way around, with at least 1 metre of clearance.
Wheel locks, hitch locks and any other security devices should either removed or the keys and adaptors including locking wheelbolt keys are left and easily accessible.
We also need to have the service van close to your vehicle to carry out a repair or service.
Please leave Water Pumps and Hook Up Leads in a clearly visible and accessible position
The inside of the vehicle should be completely empty, as all areas including cupboards (top and bottom) must be accessible for inspection and damp testing.
PLEASE NOTE: If we need to clear the vehicle in order to carry out a service or repair then an additional charge will be payable.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that are left in the vehicle. Anything left will be at the owner’s risk.
Should any issues arise during the service that would incur additional costs we will call you to discuss these before carrying out any repair.
Once the service is completed:
Your Key will left in the pre-arranged safe place and service documents e-mailed or printed along with a copy of the invoice.
If possible, we would prefer the Payment to be made by bank transfer but can also accept Cheques and Cash.
