Please find detailed below a summary of the guidance we will be following to meet the National Caravan Council and Mobile Caravan Engineers Association guidance:
Before the Service:
If any member of your home group / family is suffering with Covid19 or has symptoms please inform us.
Social Distancing will be required throughout the service.
Wherever possible we will seek to reduce the need for customer to be present
We would ask that the Caravan or Motorhome is not entered by the owner at least 3 days before the service is carried out.
You will receive a pre service call to arrange where key will be left and discuss and problems with caravan.
During the Service:
We will ensure that enough water and power is available without needing to involve customer
We will ensure gloves worn and have available our own hand washing facilities.
If any issues arise during the service we will call you to discuss
Once the service is completed:
Your Key will left in the pre-arranged safe place and service documents e-mailed.
If possible we would prefer the Payment to be made by bank transfer.
If payment is made by cash or cheque this is to be left with key prior to service
We need to make you aware Covid could live on surfaces for 3 days and therefore if possible please do not enter the caravan or Motorhome for this period, a label (dated) will be put on the habitation door to advise on this,
